WisdomWork: Awakening in the Workplace
Where our work is, there
let our joy be.

Awakening in the Workplace
A whole generation of people are awakening to the inner wisdom they have always known, to the familiar presence of the true Self within, and to therealization that it is now time to live this reality fully in their everyday lives and work.Freedom at Work
In the past there was a radical gulf between our inner life and our work. People felt compelled to leave the work setting and retreat to the ashram, monastery, forest, mountain top, or desert to realize the Self. And while retreat remains a crucial support for awakening consciousness, it is nowclear to me:You can experience freedom and joy at work.
You can discover in the midst of chaotic change and business pressures
an enduring clarity, vitality and peace of mind.The Is-ness of Business
The great challenge of these times is to awaken to the source of our doing, to realize the is-ness that underlies our busy-ness. Whether we call it being, soul, spirit, the sacred, the divine, true self, human potential, energy, consciousness, reality, or whatever else, it is the underlying essence within everything, the inner fount of our creativity and performance at work.WisdomWork is the process by which you come to know and live
the truth of who you are, fully integrated in your daily work.For more on the awakening in the workplace see Dasarath's book:
